8. SMS Marketing, Alerts & Appointment Reminders

We offer optional SMS/text messaging for marketing, promotional offers, project updates, alerts, and appointment reminders (the “SMS Program”).

8.1 Consent & Opt-In.
By providing your mobile phone number on our Site, in person, over the phone, via keyword, QR code, or other sign-up method, and by submitting any form that references SMS, you consent to receive recurring automated and/or non-automated text messages from us at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent constitutes your electronic signature under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and E-SIGN Act.

8.2 Message Frequency & Costs.
Message frequency varies (e.g., marketing campaigns, appointment confirmations, reminders, and important alerts). Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

8.3 Opt-Out.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also request removal by contacting us using the information in Section 9. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation text. No further marketing texts will be sent to your number unless you re-opt-in.

8.5 Eligibility & Your Responsibilities.
You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a mobile number. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to promptly notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

8.6 Delivery & Carrier Disclosures.
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier/network operator and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages may include: marketing and promotional content; project updates; appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes; service notices; and account-related alerts.

8.8 Data & Privacy.
We use the information collected through the SMS Program in accordance with our Privacy practices (see Section 9). We do not sell your mobile phone number. We may share limited information with vendors who help us deliver SMS services (e.g., messaging platforms) solely to provide the SMS Program.
