Phase Two
On-Site Consultation
We walk your property, assess conditions, and determine exactly what's buildable.
Access, grading, drainage, soil, utilities — everything that affects the build is evaluated in person. Measurements and photos taken. Design direction confirmed if applicable.
Phase Three
Proposal & Agreement
Line-by-line scope, transparent pricing, and a formal Outdoor Living Space Agreement.
Every material, every square foot, every cost — itemized and clear. Sign digitally via DocuSign, submit your deposit, and lock your position on our build calendar.
Phase Four
Portal Activation
You get access to our proprietary client portal — your project command center.
Butler & Associates Construction built a proprietary client portal where you can view your signed contract, design files, progress photos, and invoices in one place. Make payments, communicate directly with your Project Manager, Account Manager, and General Manager, and track every milestone — all from your phone. No more calling the office wondering what's happening. It's all right there.
Phase Five
PreBuild Alignment
Final on-site walkthrough with you, your PM, and the crew foreman before ground breaks.
Layout confirmed, access paths marked, staging areas set, and logistics locked — gate codes, pets, work hours, neighbor considerations. Every detail aligned before a single piece of equipment arrives.
Phase Six
Construction & Daily Updates
We build. You get daily milestone updates via the client portal. Zero silence.
Construction follows a phased schedule — demo, prep, base, install, finish, cleanup. Your Project Manager posts daily milestone updates directly to your client portal with progress photos, notes on what was completed, and what's next. Weather delays or schedule changes are communicated same-day. Payment milestones are tied to verified completed phases — you pay as work is done, not before.
Phase Seven
Final Walkthrough
We walk every element against your contract before we call it done.
Every edge, joint, finish, and feature inspected with you on-site. Punch list items resolved before final payment is requested. Butler & Associates Construction doesn't consider a project complete until you confirm it meets the standard you were promised.
Phase Eight
Closeout & Aftercare
Certificate of Completion, care guide, and your portal stays active.
Final payment processed. Certificate of Completion issued via DocuSign. Paid-in-full receipt sent. A project-specific care guide delivered so you know exactly how to maintain your investment. Your client portal remains active with all documentation — contract, photos, change orders, and certificate — accessible anytime.

Butler & Associates Construction, Inc. warrants all labor and craftsmanship for the periods specified below, measured from the project completion date. Material defects are addressed through manufacturer warranties.

Organic & Living Materials: Butler & Associates Construction does not warranty plants, trees, shrubs, sod, or any living materials. Survival and performance of organic materials depends on variables outside our control including watering practices, soil conditions, weather events, transplant shock, and pest or disease exposure. We stand fully behind the labor and installation — not the survival of the living material itself.
