Account Manager
Front-facing representative meeting prequalified homeowners; conduct site visits & measurements, develop 2D concepts, build comprehensive estimates, and present proposals across Huntsville, Madison, and surrounding areas.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Meet assigned, pre-qualified leads; build trust and define project goals, scope, and budget.
- Perform accurate field measurements, photos, and site evaluations (grading, drainage, access, utilities).
- Prepare detailed takeoffs & estimates for pavers, concrete, turf, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and more.
- Create and present 2D concept plans; review materials, options, and upgrade paths with clients.
- Present polished proposals; incorporate feedback and finalize scope with clarity and confidence.
- Handoff signed projects to Operations with complete documentation for a smooth start.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, estimating, design, or account management (construction/outdoor living preferred).
- Experience with design software for takeoffs and 2D concepting.
- Self-starter: comfortable generating your own business/leads in addition to company-provided opportunities.
- Excellent and timely communication skills; personable and professional client presence.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in outdoor/inclement weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation with verifiable car insurance; travel across Huntsville, Madison, and nearby areas.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; no college degree required.
