We perform most work in-house with our trained team to ensure quality and consistency. For specialized trades (e.g., certain electrical or plumbing scopes), we partner with trusted, licensed, and insured subcontractors who meet our standards.
?Do the designs cost anything or are they complimentary?
We offer complimentary initial design consultations. Detailed/engineered plans may carry a design fee, which is credited toward your project when you proceed with us.
?How soon can the project begin after signing the contract?
Start times vary by season and scope. Most projects begin within 2–6 weeks after contract signing, allowing time for permitting, material ordering, and scheduling.
?Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed in Alabama and carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

?How do I take care of my new paver driveway?
Sweep debris regularly and rinse as needed. Spot-clean stains with mild detergent (avoid harsh chemicals). Reapply joint sand and seal every 2–3 years to protect color and stability.
?How do I take care of my artificial grass?
Rinse periodically to remove dust, brush fibers against the grain to keep them upright, and remove debris promptly. For pet areas, hose down more frequently and use turf-safe cleaners as needed.
?How often should I water my sod?
For new sod, water daily for 2–3 weeks to keep roots moist. After establishment, water deeply 2–3 times per week depending on weather. Morning watering helps reduce evaporation and disease risk.
?What’s your warranty?
We provide a 2-year installation warranty for all hardscaping elements, including sod, artificial grass, drainage/irrigation systems, and outdoor kitchens.
We offer a 30-day warranty on ground coverings and living elements such as mulch, planting, decomposed granite (DG), imported soil, and any other plant material.
Manufacturers carry their own product warranties; documentation is available upon request.
